Dr. Kim Edhegard
Dr. Kim Edhegard grew up in the military, with roots in coastal Alabama. He is a board-certified dermatologist and immunodermatologist, and practices all aspects of medical and surgical dermatology, with an emphasis on skin cancer and autoimmune diseases of the skin.
Dr. Edhegard completed his medical degree at the University of South Alabama and a four year dermatology residency at UNC Chapel Hill, followed by a fellowship in dermatologic immunology at Duke University. During and after his dermatology residency, he served 13 years active duty in the US Army, and continues service in the Army National Guard as State Surgeon for the Washington DC Army National Guard.
When he is not in clinic, Dr. Edhegard enjoys spending time outdoors with his four children, hiking, biking, playing music, and surfing.

Rob Lamme
Rob Lamme has more than 25 years’ experience providing North Carolina elected officials and clients with communications, government relations and policy assistance. Before founding his company in 2010, Rob served as Communications Director for the North Carolina Senate, Government Relations Director for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and, later, Budget Director for the North Carolina Senate. Rob Lamme and Associates has provided consulting services the NC Dermatology Association for more than a decade.

Dr. Grant Campbell
A native of North Carolina, Dr. Campbell received his B.S. in Public Health with Honors with a minor in Chemistry and Doctor of Medicine both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he served as Student Body President his final year of medical school. He completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte where he served as President of the entire house staff his final year. He has been in private practice with Atrium Health since 2001, but also served as a Trauma Surgeon in the United States Army Medical Corps Reserve from 2008-2017 with a combat tour in Kuwait/Iraq and two tours in Afghanistan and was honorably discharged as a Lt. Colonel receiving the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the NATO Service Medal, the Afghanistan Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, and the Meritorious Service Medal among others. He was elected to the North Carolina General Assembly in 2024 and serves on the following House Committees: Appropriations, Appropriations/Health and Human Services, Homeland Security and Military/Veterans Affairs, Health, and Oversight. He lives in Kannapolis with his wife of 28 years, Anita. Their children, Maya and Nathan, live in New York City and Washington, DC respectively.

Katrina Christian
Katrina Christian is co-leader of the North Carolina Vitiligo Support Community. She was diagnosed with Vitiligo in July 2012 at the age of 51. Katrina was introduced to VITFriends in 2013 and was asked to co-lead the NC Vitiligo Support Community group shortly after.

Mark Braxton
Mark Braxton is co-leader of the North Carolina Vitiligo Support Community. He was diagnosed with Vitiligo in 1996. Mark was recruited to join the NC Vitiligo Support Community in 2019. In 2020, he started hosting his radio podcast, Living Life and Love for Vitfriends Podcasts. Living Life and Love is currently independent and can be found on YouTube. Mark served on the Vitfriends Board for 3 years. He currently serves on the communications committee for the Global Vitiligo Foundation.
