Zelma Chiesa Fuxench, MD, MSCE, FAAD
Dr. Zelma C. Chiesa Fuxench is the PA DTAD Faculty Lead and an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. She leads clinical research focused on improving outcomes and advancing equitable care for diverse patient populations. Her work emphasizes inclusive research, reducing barriers to care, and promoting culturally competent dermatology.

Clifford Perlis, MD, MBE, FACMS
Dr. Clifford Perlis is the Director of Clinical Innovation at QualDerm Partners and a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. He previously led the Mohs surgery program at Fox Chase Cancer Center and served as Chairman of its Institutional Review Board. Dr. Perlis also holds an appointment as Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.

Rina Weimann, MD, FAAD
Dr. Rina Weimann is a board-certified dermatologist providing adult and pediatric medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her clinical interests include skin cancer prevention and management in high-risk immunosuppressed patients, as well as acne, psoriasis, and hidradenitis suppurativa. She is actively involved in dermatologic organizations and contributes to advancing patient-centered care through clinical practice and research.

Daniel R. Taylor, DO
Dr. Daniel R. Taylor is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Drexel University College of Medicine and a pediatrician at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. He leads initiatives in community pediatrics and child advocacy, including serving as Medical Director of the medical-legal partnership and founding Cap4Kids. His work focuses on improving outcomes for vulnerable children through advocacy, education, and community-based care.

Temitayo A. Ogunleye, MD
Dr. Temitayo A. Ogunleye is an Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania and a leader in advancing diversity and inclusion within the field. She directs nationally recognized mentorship and pipeline programs supporting underrepresented students pursuing dermatology. An expert in skin of color, hair disorders, and pigmentation, her work shapes both clinical practice and dermatologic education.
